I had a great experience with NisAir today! When the AC went out in my dental office, I called NisAir and within an hour Rob, the technician, had called with his ETA, diagnosed and repaired the issue. Rob was friendly, efficient, professional, and took care of the issue quickly for us! Thank you NisAir for your fast and professional service!

As always, we have had another great service from NisAir. Whether they visit for our 6 month checkup and regular maintenance, or emergency air repair… they are fabulous and take great care of us. Today Christopher was our service technician. He was so personable, sweet, and knowledgeable about his job. He first took care of repairs and then helped me to enhance my system. He took the time to patiently explain everything and he helped me make informed decisions. No pressure, just information with pros and cons so that I could feel comfortable with my decision.

My tech Christopher R. was great. He was extremely professional, polite, respectful of my home, and efficient. He greeted me with a smile, introduced himself and extended his hand for a handshake (which was a rare thing to see today). He waited till I invited him in to enter and immediately put booties on his shoes. I offered him a bottled water which he gladly accepted. He asked where the unit and thermostat were located and if it was ok for him to go that way. He then let me know he was going to start at the unit outside and that he’d be about 20 mins there. He asked if it was ok for him to come in and out as needed. He put booties on ever time he entered my home. He explained everything he was doing to do beforehand. When he needed to run his wet vac to clean out a pipe he asked me if it was ok as to would be a little noisy for a few minutes. As this was an annual maintenance visit, he asked if I wanted him to make sure heater was working properly as well. After he was finished with the annual maintenance he gave me a thorough update of the status of everything, offered a suggestion of only thing that could help to improve and answered any questions that I had. I asked him if he had a survey he would like me to fill out and he happily got me a card and thanked me for doing so. My annual maintenance appt was smooth from scheduling all the way to the end. I was pleased with Christopher R., my tech, and would happily recommend both him and Nis Air!

We hired NisAir to perform routine maintenance and make sure our heat pump is performing up to specifications. Sahin was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and he explained what he found. This was a completely positive experience.

We had a window of 12-2 and is was close to 2pm and I thought this might not be good, but Christopher called right at two saying he was running a smidge behind. Great, no issue, I’m glad he called to let us know. He arrived around 3:20 pm and quickly figured out the issue. The pan was full of water because of a clogged drain pipe. He went to work and took 6 gallons out of it, then replaced a wire the was causing a short on the compressor. It’s been working wonderfully ever since. Christopher was very professional, caring, explained everything he was doing, made suggestions and options that were available. The 2 1/2 hours that he was here, he was always smiling and great to talk to. He seems to love his work and is a valuable asset to your company. One of the best service calls I e seen in a long time.
